This Artisan wood fired oven, is hand made brick by brick, and it is  made in the United States.  Highly efficient oven with high density fire brick wall  provides excellent heat retention. The ovens are built with Font - Vent design, the door completely closes off the oven chamber from outside air - including air from the vent and chimney. Front - Vent design with closed door allows the oven to retain heat for longer time.
The oven includes a 6" stainless steel DuraVent anchor plate, and a steel door with thermometer. Chimney pipe in any length can be connected to the anchor plate easily.
The dome is constructed using high density fire brick, and covered with one 1" of reinforced refractory  concrete. The oven is insulated with 2" ceramic blanket, it will allow this oven to remain hot for a long period of time. The floor is also high density fire brick.
This oven is perfect for cooking pizza due to its low dome, and perfect for baking bread, roasting meat and vegetables due to its highly effective, thick ceramic blanket insulation.
