I acquired this item from a bistro buy out. As cool as it is, I have no use for it. The previous owner said she only used it about 6 months before Covid shut her down. She was using 12-inch frozen pizza shells (though I believe it can fit up to 14-inch) and would cook them in 110 seconds! I believe it because I plugged this thing in and both the top and bottom element got up to 840 degrees!
