This Blodgett 901 /911 Double gas  Deck Oven. 901 on bottom  911 on top. Tis item is used and does have some cosmetic wear( scuffs and scratches) from bing used in a commercial setting. Tested by a qualified technician . Great for  operating alone or in combination. Ideal for warming, cooking, or baking   It is maximized for heat retention. An aluminized steel baking compartment liner and combustion chamber also hold in the heat generated from the main and pilot burners.
This Double Deck Oven's stainless steel front, top, back, and sides also make it easy to clean, while its fully ironed frame make it durable. Stainless steel legs keep the unit steady and concealed hinges on the counterbalanced doors make it easy and handy for transfer of food items. Cooking temperatures are easy to set with the main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve, which are tucked away within the section body for both your safety and convenience. The liquid thermostat ranges in temperatures from 200℉ to 500℉.
