Pavailler Cyclotherme Gas Deck Oven X34C with air recycling system, steam injection, conveyor loader.  Suitable for ALL  baking needs whether its bread, pizza, bagels, or desserts. This oven was purchased used with big dreams of a large baking operation however never got off the ground.  The oven is still installed and operational but has not been used in the past year.  I have all owners manuals as well as wiring diagrams from the Chef/Engineer that setup oven when we purchased from him 5 years ago.  Buyer will need to disassemble and remove from location. All duct work is included and Conveyer Belt Loader. Condition is "Used" and no return or guarantees after final sale.  Again, buyer is solely responsible for removal of this oven from our property.  We have a forklift and loading dock access.
